Barbara Kramer

I started my real estate career in 2000 with Coldwell Banker with a goal to help Buyers and Sellers navigate and experience rewarding Real Estate transactions.  My philosophy is "Nothing is easy, but I will make it happen.  I do what I have to do to get the deal done".  My past clients comment on me being approachable, knowledgeable, easy to work with and co-operative while always working towards the goal. While my main expertise is Evanston, I also specialize in the North Shore (including Wilmette, Winnetka, Skokie, Morton Grove), and Chicagoland's North Side. I am an active member of Coldwell Banker's Relocation team and can be a great resource to those relocating to the Chicagoland area.
